A Place To Call Home

What to Expect

For Your First Visit

Visiting a church for the first time can be scary experience.  We don’t know what to wear or what time to show up.  What about my kids?  We just don’t know what to expect. These as well as other questions may arise.  Well, we want to put you at ease.  Your first visit to New Fellowship will be refreshing, friendly, and enjoyable for the whole family.  We want you to experience inspiring music, helpful teaching and preaching, friendly people, and a place where you will feel welcome and “at home!"

Here are a few answers to your questions and what you might expect when you visit:

Children's Ministry:

Nursery:  A nursery is provided during our worship hour and our friendly nursery workers are eagerly waiting for those little ones.

Classes:

For those that are 3-year-olds and up; we have classes specifically designed to meet their needs

F.B.I. – Every Sunday morning at 10:00 our Full Bible Investigators meet for their respective Bible studies.  When the students arrive, they will be shown which class to attend.

Children's Church:  We have a Children’s class that is going on while the pastor is preaching.  The children sit with their parents in the auditorium during the music portion of the service.  The pastor dismisses them to their classes just prior to the sermon.

Youth Activities:  There are a number of activities and events for teens to be involved in throughout the year, as well as their F.B.I. Class each week.

What's the Morning Schedule?

10:00 AM – F.B.I. Class (Full Bible Investigators)

Every age group – some people call it Sunday School.  We are currently working on a study: Marriage Built to Last

11:00 AM - Morning Worship Service

This service is about one hour in length where there will be singing, as well as a clear, helpful, challenging Bible Message from Pastor White.

How Should I Dress?

There is not a dress code at New Fellowship and you will find people dressed in a way that is most comfortable for them.  You will find men in both ties and t-shirts.  You will see women in both dresses and denim.  Don’t worry about what to wear; you will fit in regardless of how you are dressed.

Are There Other Services?

We also have a totally different service on Sunday evenings at 6:00 PM.  This service is geared to help Christians grow in their knowledge of their Christian experience.  We also have a time set aside in the evening service to take prayer request and to pray.

What About The Offering?

We do not usually take an offering at New Fellowship.  The members put their offerings in the plate in the back of the Church.  As a guest of New Fellowship, we do not expect you to give anything, but our desire is that you would receive a blessing from worshiping with us.

If there is something we left out, just simply ask someone when you arrive or call the Church office before you come.  We want your time at New Fellowship to be an awesome experience.  We look forward to seeing you and to the privilege of serving you.

Hope to see you this Sunday!
